This module teaches you the three things a salesperson sells to all customers: Self (trust), the Company, and the Product. After completing this module you will understand each of these as well has their importance. You will learn to build value in each sale as it relates to each individual customer.

 This module will review 2-stage splits systesm, and introduce the operation of the nCopeland UltraTechTM Compressor .  A comparison of the differences between the standard single stage scroll compressor and the two-stage compressor will be discussed.

This module will acquaint the learner with basic 2 stage compressor operation.

Understanding the basics of measuring superheat is critical in determining the proper amount of refrigerant required in a system with a fixed metering device such as a piston device.  This course will instruct the student in the steps necessary to successfully calculate superheat.

The importance of measuring subcooling in the newer TXV metered condensing units is discussed.  In this module the user how the system charge affects subcooling, the measurements needed to calculate subcooling, and how to calculate subcooling.  Also included is a breif review on airflow and the different types of metering devices.

This lesson will discuss measuring temperature rise in a system to determine if there is the correct amount of airflow to match the required temperature rise range for a fossil fuel furnace (natural gas, LP gas or fuel oil) and how you can use the temperature rise to calculate airflow for a heat pump system.

This module discusses the SiN Ignition system; found in both single and two stage furnaces. Features included in this training module are the SiN igniter, remote flame sensor, hot surface ignition (HSI), control boards, and gas valves.

This course is an introduction to troubleshooting the time/temperature defrost controls used in ICP branded equipment
