Adams, Dailia

Dailia holds a Bachelor's degree in Adult Education and a MBA. She has worked in the HVAC industry since 1987 when she joined International Comfort Products,LLC. The bulk of her ICP experience has been in both internal and external training positions. Additionally, she has held positions in customer service and customer technical assistance for the ICP website, Powerlink.

Today, Dailia conducts training in Product Sales and Marketing as well as Customer Service. Her varied background with ICP allows her to assist both dealers and distributors in understanding the entire ICP product line features and benefits as viewed from all levels of the distribution chain.

Dailia is also responsible for the development of our web-based training and video modules found here on the website.


Cashion, Kim

Kim has been with ICP since 2000 starting in the customer service area. She holds the job title of Training Coordinator, a simple sounding job title that is any thing but simple.

Kim joined the Training Center in 2004 and quickly became the "glue" holding the group together. She is directly responsible for MAP (Marketing Advisor Program) and scheduling of all training classes. If you need to bring a trainer to your location or want to know more about MAP, you'll come in contact with Kim.


Gallier, Mark

Mark has 30 years of experience in the heating and air conditioning industry. His field experience includes Helper, Installer, Service Technician and Owner of a successful HVAC contracting business. He has also worked in the distribution side of the industry as an Inside Sales Person, Territory Manager, Branch Manager, Field Service Representative and Technical Trainer.

Mark continues to maintain a license in the State of Alabama as a Heating and Air Conditioning Contractor (inactive). He is NATE Certified in Air Conditioning, Heat Pump, Gas Furnace, Air Distribution Service and HVAC Efficiency Analyst – Senior Technician. He is also an ACCA Residential Certified Instructor, has a Universal Section 608 EPA Certification and is certified for Residential and Light Commercial Test and Balance by NCI. He is a registered Proctor for NATE, ACCA and EPA Section 608.

As a Contractor, Mark was active in ACCA and served as President and Board Member for a local chapter and is a member of RSES.

Mark is currently a Technical Instructor for International Comfort Products, LLC and has been with ICP since October 2006.


O'Leary, Terry

Terry has been in the HVAC business since 1979 and has been a technical trainer since 1982. Terry is responsible for all of the technical training conducted in Canada.
He holds certificates of qualification as a refrigeration mechanic and a G1. He is NATE certified for service technician in air conditioning, air to air heat pumps, and gas furnaces, as well as installation technician for the same equipment. He is also a NATE certified proctor.
Terry joined ICP in 1986 in the Technical Service and Training Dept. Terry has extensive experience in technical service training having taught students in Canada,USA, Russia and China.


Teder, John

Many of John Teder's insights concerning sales and management techniques for the HVAC business have developed from a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Indiana State University, and 15 years of experience in retail management and as a small business consultant. He also has attended dozens of seminars and workshops relating to his area of expertise. He applies these proven principles to the HVAC business using "real world" examples and "hands on" exercises to facilitate the learning process.

Since 1991, John has traveled the United States leading seminars as a sales and business management instructor for International Comfort Products,LLC. He understands that the majority of HVAC business owners are technically sound, but have never received adequate sales or business management training. His high impact seminars have helped HVAC business owners, sales professionals, and key employees across the country increase their sales and business management skills leading to an increase in profits for the companies they represent.
