Classroom Technical Field Training 1/2 Day (3.5 hrs) – These 1/2 day courses may be a good solution for those dealers that cannot attend a full day of training. Information from the ICP Installation Instructions along with proper service procedures are used to provide courses in installation & start-up or troubleshooting ICP products. R410A training is included in these 1/2 day courses.

Choose 1 of 8 courses to match the students skill level for a 1/2 day of training. The 1/2 days courses can be done 2 times per location in an effort to bring the subject to an entire company. Half of the staff can attend in the morning and the other half in the afternoon.

These sessions can also be blended to make a great full day session for selected attendees.

Classroom Technical Field Training 1 Day (7 hrs) – The 1 day courses combine information from ICP Installation Instructions and Technical Support Manuals along with proper service procedures. There are a variety of topics that provide instruction in installation, set-up, start-up, sequence of operation and troubleshooting ICP products. Additionally, classes in Residential Load Calculation, Residential Duct Design, and NATE prep classes are available.
